These are the rules for using Erawan. They are short because the service is young and the rules that matter are few.
A place to put applications online. You, or an agent acting for you, send us code; we check it, build it, run it, and serve it at an address under erawan.app.
It is early software. Things will break, and features will change. Judge it on that basis.
One account, one person responsible for it. Anything done with your account, or by an agent you have connected to it, counts as done by you. Disconnect an agent from Settings the moment you no longer trust it.
You keep every right you had in what you upload. You give us only what running it requires: permission to store it, build it, run it and serve it to the people who visit it, for as long as you keep it here.
Every app here shares one domain name. One phishing site can get that name blocked in browsers for everybody, which is why this list is enforced rather than decorative.
If an app breaks the rules above, or threatens the platform or the people on it, we may take it offline. Where it is safe to do so we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. Where it is not — active phishing, an attack in progress — we will act first and tell you after.
You can close your account whenever you like.
Nothing today. Static sites are intended to stay free. When paid plans arrive we will tell you the price before you are asked for it, and nothing you already have will start charging without your agreement.
No uptime guarantee. Code and version history are backed up nightly off the machine, but your app's database is not yet — keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data or lost business, and anything we are liable for is capped at what you have paid us — which, today, is nothing.
We may change these terms; if the change matters we will email you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of Thailand.
