Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "User") and Erawan ("we", "us", or "Platform"), governing your access to and use of our cloud hosting infrastructure and related services. By accessing or using Erawan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

Erawan provides cloud hosting and deployment infrastructure for software applications. When you or an authorized AI coding agent submit code, our platform assesses, builds, containerizes, and serves the application under a subdomain of erawan.app or a configured custom domain.

You acknowledge that the platform undergoes continuous updates and technical refinements.

2. Account Management and AI Agent Authorization

Each registered account represents one responsible entity. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including deployments, configuration changes, and actions initiated by AI coding agents connected to your account. You may revoke agent authorizations at any time via Account Settings.

3. Intellectual Property and Code Ownership

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in all source code, assets, and data uploaded to the platform. You grant Erawan a limited, non-exclusive license solely to store, safety-check, build, execute, and route network traffic to your application as necessary to provide the service.

To keep every customer safe, the platform checks the files you deploy before they are built, and may check the pages of your application from time to time, both with our own systems and with screening services run by third parties. Only what the check needs is sent, such as page titles, the text a page shows, and the command that starts your application. Your full source code, the data in your databases, and your secrets are never sent.

4. Prohibited Uses and Acceptable Use Policy

Because applications on the shared domain share its reputation, a violation by one puts every other app on it at risk. You agree not to host, deploy, or transmit:

5. Enforcement and Account Suspension

If an application breaches these terms or poses a threat to platform infrastructure or other users, Erawan reserves the right to suspend or terminate service immediately. Where safe and feasible, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to remediate. In severe emergencies (e.g., active attacks or phishing campaigns), we will suspend access immediately prior to notification.

You may terminate your account at any time.

6. Pricing, Billing, and Refund Policy

Static websites are hosted free of charge. Continuous background services and database-backed applications require a paid plan. Current prices are shown on the billing page in Settings before you pay, and the price you pay for a period does not change during that period. Plans are paid in advance in Thai Baht by PromptPay or a Thai mobile banking app. Each payment buys one period of the plan, and nothing is charged automatically.

Payments are made on the payment page of Beam (Beam Data Co., Ltd.). Erawan does not store or process your bank or payment details.

All plans enforce predictable resource limits (hard caps) with no hidden overage fees. Reaching a cap prevents further resource expansion until upgraded or cleared.

A prepaid period has nothing to cancel: the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and ends unless you pay again. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. Buying a larger plan mid-period starts it immediately, and the unused days of the previous plan become days of the new one, valued at the rate paid for the previous period against the rate of the new one.

7. Expiry and Grace Period

Seven (7) days before a prepaid period ends, and again on the day it ends, you will receive an email. If the period ends without a further payment, applications remain operational during a seven (7) day grace period.

After the grace period, background applications are paused while static sites remain online. No data is deleted — databases, container images, and deployment histories remain intact. Upon successful payment, services resume automatically without requiring redeployment.

Thirty (30) days after background applications are paused for non-payment, the account returns to the Free plan, and its data is kept. If an account remains in default or cancelled for ninety (90) days, associated data may be permanently removed following email notice.

8. Hobby Plan Shared Database Architecture

Databases on the Hobby tier operate on shared cluster instances with unified maintenance windows and version updates. Pro and Max tiers are allocated dedicated database instances.

9. Shared Domain Technical Scope and Cookie Isolation

Applications operating under erawan.app subdomains share a registrable domain under standard browser specifications (Same-Site boundary). Cookies set without explicit domain isolation may be visible across subdomains.

We strongly advise deploying production applications with authentication to custom domains. Utilizing the __Host- cookie prefix is recommended to prevent cross-subdomain cookie interference. Erawan is not liable for security incidents arising from inherent browser shared-domain behavior.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without express or implied warranties of 100% uptime. Source code and version histories are backed up offsite nightly; users should maintain regular independent backups of database contents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erawan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Erawan's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
