These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "User") and Erawan ("we", "us", or "Platform"), governing your access to and use of our cloud hosting infrastructure and related services. By accessing or using Erawan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Erawan provides cloud hosting and deployment infrastructure for software applications. When you or an authorized AI coding agent submit code, our platform assesses, builds, containerizes, and serves the application under a subdomain of erawan.app or a configured custom domain.
You acknowledge that the platform undergoes continuous updates and technical refinements.
Each registered account represents one responsible entity. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including deployments, configuration changes, and actions initiated by AI coding agents connected to your account. You may revoke agent authorizations at any time via Account Settings.
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in all source code, assets, and data uploaded to the platform. You grant Erawan a limited, non-exclusive license solely to store, build, execute, and route network traffic to your application as necessary to provide the service.
Because applications on the shared domain share its reputation, a violation by one puts every other app on it at risk. You agree not to host, deploy, or transmit:
If an application breaches these terms or poses a threat to platform infrastructure or other users, Erawan reserves the right to suspend or terminate service immediately. Where safe and feasible, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to remediate. In severe emergencies (e.g., active attacks or phishing campaigns), we will suspend access immediately prior to notification.
You may terminate your account at any time.
Static websites are hosted free of charge. Continuous background services and database-backed applications require a paid subscription: Hobby at ฿99/month (or ฿990/year), Pro at ฿599/month (or ฿5,990/year), Max at ฿1,290/month (or ฿12,900/year), billed in advance in Thai Baht via credit/debit card. Hobby's ฿99 is a launch price; its regular price is ฿199/month (฿1,990/year). A Hobby subscription started on or before 31 December 2026 continues at ฿99/month for as long as it remains active; the regular price applies to subscriptions started after that date.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Erawan does not store or process payment card details directly.
All plans enforce predictable resource limits (hard caps) with no hidden overage fees. Reaching a cap prevents further resource expansion until upgraded or cleared.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time via Settings. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing cycles.
If a renewal charge fails, you will receive an email notification. Applications remain operational during a seven (7) day grace period while payment details are updated.
After the grace period, background applications are paused while static sites remain online. No data is deleted — databases, container images, and deployment histories remain intact. Upon successful payment, services resume automatically without requiring redeployment.
If an account remains in default or cancelled for ninety (90) days, associated data may be permanently removed following email notice.
Databases on the Hobby tier operate on shared cluster instances with unified maintenance windows and version updates. Pro and Max tiers are allocated dedicated database instances.
Applications operating under erawan.app subdomains share a registrable domain under standard browser specifications (Same-Site boundary). Cookies set without explicit domain isolation may be visible across subdomains.
We strongly advise deploying production applications with authentication to custom domains. Utilizing the __Host- cookie prefix is recommended to prevent cross-subdomain cookie interference. Erawan is not liable for security incidents arising from inherent browser shared-domain behavior.
The platform is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without express or implied warranties of 100% uptime. Source code and version histories are backed up offsite nightly; users should maintain regular independent backups of database contents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erawan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Erawan's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
